Eileen Ivers, a Grammy-winning and Emmy-nominated artist, is a luminary in the world of music. She’s the original Musical Star of Riverdance and a Nine-Time All-Ireland Fiddle Champion. Her collaborations span legends like Sting, Hall and Oates, The Chieftains, and ‘Fiddlers 3’ with Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg and Regina Carter, among others.
Eileen’s innovative spirit has reshaped the Celtic fiddle genre. The Washington Post hails her as the one shaping its future. Billboard calls her a “sensation,” and The New York Times compares her to Jimi Hendrix. With over 80 albums and numerous movie scores, Eileen is a pioneer in Celtic and World music.
Raised in the Bronx by Irish immigrants, Eileen won numerous fiddle championships and delved into diverse musical genres. She continues to bridge cultures with her band, “unIVERSal roots.”
