Steo Wall, Niamh Dunne & Sharyn Ward

Collab (2)

Dublin-born singer-songwriter Steo Wall, now based in Co Clare, stormed into the Irish music scene with his debut album “Where I’m From” (Sept 2018). His blend of gritty Dublin rap and heartfelt folk resonates. Eamon Carr praises his authenticity, while Luka Bloom and Damien Dempsey’s touch adds polish. Fusing traditional Irish folk with contemporary rap, Steo’s album captures Dublin’s pulse and Ireland’s west coast beauty. With nods to family and rebellious friends, his influences run deep. The album’s spoken word and folk melodies groove acoustically. National and international airplay, RTÉ Radio1 performances, and extensive touring highlight Steo’s rising acclaim.

Niamh Dunne, folk fiddler and singer, shines as a founding Beoga member. Beoga, renowned for Irish fusion, boasts two decades of global touring and recording, including the Grammy-shortlisted ‘How to tune a fish.’ They gained prominence on Ed Sheeran’s ‘÷’ album, performing alongside him at Glastonbury and opening his 2018 tour. Niamh’s compositions graced The Proms and collaborations with artists like Stefanie Rainey and Foy Vance highlight her boundary-pushing approach to traditional Irish music. With lush strings and vocals, she’s a respected session musician who thrives in diverse genres. She released her first album of self penned songs “Tides” in 2022 to critical acclaim.

Sharyn Ward is a proud Traveller woman and Irish singer. In 2019, Sharyn was a finalist in Irelands Got Talent. Today she continues to perform across Ireland while juggling motherhood and life in the music studio. In August of 2022, she released her latest single “Feeling Free, following on from her 2020 album, One Starry Night, made up of a selection of folk songs.
