Artist Bio

The Mulcahy Family from Abbeyfeale in West Limerick, consisting of Mick, Louise and Michelle, play a dazzling array of instruments between them but it’s the sweetness and tunefulness of their ensemble playing that’s most striking. Their latest family album The Real Notes has received worldwide acclaim, while Mick Mulcahy is a living legend in Irish accordion playing. He has a rare repertoire of old tunes which he plays in a highly distinctive style with a personal touch, while that touch has been passed down to his daughter Louise and Michelle, who keep the Mulcahy family tradition alive.

Vėtra is a Lithuanian singer-songwriter and kanklės player living in Dublin, raised within the renowned folk group Kūlgrinda and steeped in Baltic traditions. Blending Baltic folk, poetic pop, and modern arrangements, her haunting voice and intimate performances feel both ancient and strikingly new.
