TradFest’s newest and final region of Dublin County to feature the sights and sounds of Irish music and culture as part of the festival. ‘Ó Chuan go Sliabh’, Irish for ‘From Harbour to Mountain’ the motto on the insignia of the County Council represents the diverse landscape and offering of this particular corner of Dublin.

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Venues
Monkstown Church of Ireland
The church was built in 1668 by Edward Corker, using stones from a pre-Reformation stone church which used to be on the same site.
National Maritime Museum of Ireland
The National Maritime Museum opened in 1978 in the former Mariner’s Church in Moran Park, between the seafront and centre of Dún Laoghaire.
The Mill Theatre
Since opening in May 2006, The Mill Theatre has been a creative community hub located in the heart of Dundrum.
National Maritime Museum of Ireland
Ireland’s National Maritime Museum is housed in Dún Laoghaire’s 180-year-old Mariner’s Church. The museum’s greatest artefact is probably the building itself, as it is one of a few custom-built places of worship for seafarers remaining intact in the world today.
