The Finns are two brothers from Laois who play a thoroughly enjoyable show with a unique brand Irish folk music. The brothers, Hugh and Ciaran, have excited audiences across the world with their sound and people rave about their interesting take on known folk songs, anti-war songs, protest songs and very catchy original songs. After the huge success of their debut album ‘Creations’, they released their second album called Remember This Day in Autumn in 2023 produced by the legendary Bill Shanley. The Finns’ songs have been nationally and internationally recognised through awards in songwriting contests, TV advert placements, television appearances, and recently their song “Nomad” was featured on the RTE Radio 1 Reccommends List. The Finns have also gigged on Ireland’s biggest stages including Electric Picnic, Whelan’s Live, Fleadh Ceoil’s Ceili Picnic, Vantastival, and successfully tour America with a massive appearance in 2023 at Irish music’s biggest festival Milwaukee Irish Fest. The band have a decade of experience as a duo and strive for the highest level with their live show and is hugely entertaining and an overall wholesome experience.
